From initial welcome to final order, excellent product knowledge and advice the service from Carl - including water for our dog! - was exceptional. After the automated mattress analysis - very clever - Carl went through all the mattress options with us not only showing us the one he thought would be best suited for us but also those which had been suggested by the analysis which he did not think were as appropriate. This allowed us to be very comfortable with our final choice. There was no rushing or pressure from Carl and nothing was too much trouble to help us decide. Based on the service we received from Carl, I will be back next week with my mum to buy her a double mattress.
