Excellent staff knowledge and attention to detail.

We wanted help and advice in the selection of a new bed. We were met immediately by Carl who was exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly. It all took much longer than we had expected but it was time well spent. We had planned to visit several bed stores. We started with Dreams and decided to go no further. Altogether a much pleasanter experience than we were expecting.

The customer assistant at Basingstoke called Leah was very polite helpful and clearly had all to of knowledge about her role
