Dreams - Basingstoke

We arrived at the store and was greeted by a assistant, he told us about the measures put in place for our safety and asked us what we were looking for and if we wanted help, we asked us some questions and then went off to browse. When we were ready the assistant came back and we tried some mattresses and he told us about them. We decided which one we wanted and he told us about insurance, pillows, mattress protectors etc. There was no hard sell. We are very happy with our perchase. We did spend more than intended but think it was worth it. The mattress was delivered on the day agreed it was slightly early but they phoned me and asked if it was ok. The delivery men were polite they took the mattress our bedroom and took away the old one. I am very pleased with the service we received.

James assisted us extremely well with patience, time, I never felt rushed or pressured, he showed wonderful knowledge of everything that we were looking for and he answered all my questions that I needed when buying a bed that I needed particularly as I have back problems - James was a pleasure to have helping us - I would definitely recommend him - Thank you
