I was very impressed with the Dreams sleep machine to check which bed was right for me. There was a good friendly help when required.

we went to a competitor first and was disgusted with the custormer service given. spent 30 mins in the store trying beds but just never found a worker to help us find a bed so tried dreams. we started to look around and was greeted by James who wasn't intrusive and asked if we needed help instead of attaching himself to us to try and hard sell. This made it a lovely experience and was able to help us find the mattress within our price range and needs that we wanted. Overall we loved the customer experience, and the covid plans they had in place and am looking forward to recieving my mattress :)

I was a bit anxious about finding and choosing the correct mattress, and Antonia, the sales assistant walked me through all of the best options for me and allowed me the time to choose without any pressure. I found the whole experience calm and relaxing.

Went in with a strict budget. Assistant was helpful and polite and managed to help us get the most for our money. Was very impressed with the measures for social distancing and cleanliness in the store. The free delivery for our mattress was quick and efficient.
