I was greeted in a friendly manner by Chris at the Basingstoke store. Covid-19 protections were explained on arrival. I needed a new bed as I’ve just moved. I had thrown away my old bed and so am currently sleeping on my sofa - so I explained that as much as comfort was important, so were the delivery/availabilty timings, which Chris noted. I was measured on the machine. Chris then walked me round explaining each of the suggested options knowledgeably. We managed to find a mattress and base that I liked (although my original colour choice of base sadly did not show any availability date) which could both be delivered within a week - a blessing! I also ordered a headboard which is to follow on a slightly later date. I’m so looking forward to a good, non-sofa based, nights sleep. Thanks to Chris and his help.
