Matthew, our salesperson, greeted us at the door and was absolutely stellar the whole way through. We went in blind and both had very different ideas of what might suit us, and he took the time to offer a few suggestions, talk us through the benefits and let us take as much time as we wanted. Super friendly, polite, and not pushy at all. He took everything we said into account and offered useful and really knowledgeable information without any prompting to help us make our decision. A very genuine person. Would definitely shop again and recommend others do too based on our experience. Regarding the shop, the place was clean, spacious and welcoming. Definitely felt like we were in good hands all round.
