Matthew gave us lots of information on the mattresses he showed us & on the basses. We were recommend to come to the store and we were glad we did. Thank you Matthew for all your help.

The store assistant was very keen to make sure I left with the right product and understood how much I was prepared to spend. He found the right product at the right price for me. As I love a deal he also made sure I left with a few 1/2 price add-on's that fitted my budget and my sense of a good deal. Great service highly recommended.

I came to the blackburn store multiple times to look for either a bed alongside a mattress or just a mattress, and Everytime I got the assistance of Suleman, who was very patient and was very helpful everytime I went in. I always had a friendly talk with him which also finally helped me choosing my preferred mattress. The purchase was quick and everything went in smoothly. Your employee Matt was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and used this in helping us find the right mattress for us. He was considerate of our health needs. He offered us drinks and he checked that we were happy at every step of the way.
