Solly was more than helpful in every way, narrowing down our requirements, even though they were a little complicated. Due to the fact that part of the sale, whilst for us, will not be used by us. His guidance, patience and knowledge were a great help. The experience with the Tempra computerised analysis was eye opening and gave us food for thought for our next purchase. The welcome and personal nature of all staff all added up to a great visit.

We were very satisfied with the assistant he was very knowledgeable regarding the products and was very helpful and not pushy would definately go to him again if in the future i need a new bed

Well where do I start ? We were greeted at the door by a lovely man called sully, who asked us what we were looking for so we told him a mattress he then went on to make us a coffee and put us on a machine. Then he took us around all the beds explaining everything about them. We couldn't of had a better experience.

We had been looking for a bed for our daughter which gave her storage , our idea was to look for a mid height bunk with built in drawers . I had seen the sort of bed I was looking towards but as we had our daughter with us , her opinion was it too childish . At this point on of your representatives politely asked what we were looking for and showed us a few options to listen to our thoughts and get an idea of what we really needed . He then pointed to us to the bed we have purchased , he was very professional and curtious

Staff very friendly and understood our needs and showed me and my wife various products for our needs very good customer service

I had visited the blackburn store a few months ago and was intrested in the tv bed but did not purchase it at that time . Suleman contacted me to let me know that it was in offer if we were still intrested so we placed an order it was very good of suleman to get in touch .
