Customer service was excellent and the salesperson knew what our needs was and very good at what he was doing

The sales person was very friendly and attentive, and kept the cups of coffee coming steadily. The atmosphere whilst shopping was very relaxed and I felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase.

The sales assistant was very helpful and polite. We did not feel rushed.

Aiden was great whilst serving me. While he filled out the forms we had a good chat and a laugh. My finance got denied at first and then when we realised why he was quick to rectify the problem couldnt fault his customer service skills

Selection was fantastic and the service fabulous

Visited dreams was greeted by a sales man who was very polite and helpful let me try all the beds for comfort. Offered me a brew. Gave me a great discount didn't push for me to look at expensive range. Overall very happy with the service and absolutely love my new bed that comes with bedding pillows the works

From going in we were not pressured . Given a little time to have a look around before being approached. The customer service was excellent and very smooth. We were analysed on the bed which was a very interesting experience.
