We dealt with a competitor 3 years ago no comparison thry were rubbish in my opinion and a well known company too money money money no committment

The staff in the store was very helpful and gave me a variety of options with both bed frames and mattresses.

The staff who guided and gave us advice, Suleman was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole time we were there, and he fulfilled all my requirements.

The staff at the whitebirk store in Blackburn was pleasant,friendly and very helpful he explained everything we wanted to know showed us around all the beds before we decided on the one we wanted,the store was very clean and tidy and had a good selection of beds we was so impressed we even took the mother-in-laws back to choose her new bed would highly recommend Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Me and my husband and my son were really happy with the service and the assistants were very professional and welcoming. We were very satisfied and they answered all our questions in a professional manner too. Happy with the service.

went into store to originally look at the products for future knowledge. But after seeing and testing the beds, we impulsively bought a new bed. We was happy with the assistance from Nylah who also made us a brew. Our previous bed was bought from Dreams some 12 years ago, so it felt right to go back.

we went to Blackburn store and found Nylah she was very helpful in all areas and knew her job . She could not do enough to help us and was kind I had a back problem and took her time and her knowledge to find us a bed . Her friendly manner put us at ease . She should be star staff and I thank her.

This was my first visit to Dreams , polite helpful assistant ,very informative too. I will definite return . Overall great service .
