We were helped to choose our bed by a helpful and friendly member of staff who answered all our questions and offered advice which we found very helpful. We were pleased with the service which made choosing our bed very much easier.

Very satisfied, as we knew which bed we wanted so whilst we was looking a lovely gentleman came over and offered us assistance and explained the product for a better understanding, helped choose the product protection for best suited for the bed and offered delivery and assembly of item

The sales assistant called Suleiman was so nice and friendly. He gave us all the options we could have. He had full knowledge of the products and helped us make our decision on buying a bed and mattress stress free and made us select the best mattress and bed. I am really happy with the service we were given. Will definitely be recommending this store to others and will be back soon myself..

From the moment we walked into the Blackburn store, Aiden was a fantastic salesperson. Very knowledgeable and supportive without being overpowering. He gave us time to make decisions and good suggestions. He has restored our faith in Dreams as we originally vowed we wouldn't use them again after a poor experience in Bolton 5 yrs ago

Assistance given was just the correct level. Gave factual advice, and allowed my husband and I to discuss privately and try the different ranges of products suggested/recommend. . Felt assured and confident in advice which was given by Aiden. No high pressure to purchase which again eased us to purchase. We had planned to visit other stores/stockists but being happy with our final choice, we purchased promptly within our first store visit. This is unusual for me. I had done some research online prior store visit.
