The staff were incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and I found it easy to manoeuvre around, although this may have been more difficult if I was in need of my wheelchair at this time. Both myself and my mother, who was with me, were even offered a hot drink, which was a pleasant surprise. Whilst talking to the staff they allowed me to try several mattresses to aquaint myself with how they may feel to sleep on, and I had it explained that there is a possibility of trying the mattress for a period, and exchanging it for my other possible choice if it does not meet my requirements.

Had a pleasant experience. All of the staff were extremely polite, cheerful and could not do enough. We were offered refreshments whilst in store, which was a lovely personal touch. Never experienced this before in a furniture store. Great customer service by all. Thank you

We were planning to go on to another store after we had been to Dreams, but we were so satisfied with every aspect that we did not visit the 2nd store. The manager was so helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. He was extremely patient and answered all our questions with expert knowledge. It was a big surprise to me and my husband that we placed our order at this our first store. And the coffee was excellent!!!

The depth of knowledge, quality of advice and high level of service delivered by Inny (Inayat) were an absolute credit to you. Working in as a consultant in the automotive sector I see many varying levels in the delivery of a customer experience and the level delivered surpasses anything I have experienced. He was a genuine credit to you. To top it off, my partner had one of the best nights sleep she has had in year, purely down to the pillow recommendations provided.

I wish I remembered the name of the young lovely girl. One of the best salesgirl I have met. Was blown away by her friendliness and mannerisms. She was the best . Also the lady on the desk who probably was her senior

My satisfaction is based primarily on the service received from the sales assistant. He clearly understood what we required, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, gave us time to consider the options and answered all our questions appropriately. A pleasure to do business with.
