We were very pleased with the products in store and made very welcome by Nylah she left us to look around but was there to give us advice on our choices, we never felt pressured into buying, and Nylah made us a lovely cup of coffee. We are looking forward to our delivery Tuesday and I hope to get better nights sleep. Nylah knows her stuff on your beds and everything and she is a great asset to your company

The store manager was not pushy, very helpful also asked a member of staff to make us a coffee and encouraged us to look at alternatives with guidance really good!

Good choice of beds and mattresses. Staff where friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the bed we wanted to buy. No pressure selling, which I can't stand. Overall a comfortable experience.

I went in the week before any Nylah in your blackburn store was excellent, great with our children, made us a coffee and was exceptionally helpful. We had to measure up but when I came back the weekend after I made sure I found her.

Staff member was friendly but without being pushy and overbearing. Made it feel like a relaxed visit and answered all our questions well.

Brilliant customer service!! Nyla was really friendly and helpful. Explained everything thouroughly. Also gave us discount and offered us a drink!!
