Inny, the store manager who served us understood our individual needs and my hip problems specifically and found the mattress which would be most beneficial to me. We Can't recommend him enough based on his friendliness and overall knowledge.

I told Howard the assistant quietly so my daughter didn’t hear as she doesn’t like a fuss that she had had three major spinal surgeries recently, could he advise discreetly which mattress would be the best. He was so helpful nothing to much trouble gave us pros and cons

We were lucky to have chosen a quiet time in the store so we had immediate attention from the salesman and he was very patient and helpful. Nothing we asked was too much trouble for him so we were very satisfied to order a new bed.
