We were greeted at the door asked our interest then directed to the specific area required. We were offered a drink and given advice on the options available, at no time were we pressured or rushed. we have used this store twice before and have always been impressed by the service.

Overall great price and customer service

The assistant who helped us was extremely helpful and polite. He had a good knowledge of the products and was able to advise us on the right bed for our needs.

Staff were friendly, we were offered a drink and we didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying.

The gentleman was straight with me no bull shite or I would have run a mile.

The sales assistant who helped us choose (Matt Hartley) was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. He made the whole experience really enjoyable and we left feeling really glad that we went into store rather than buying online.

Staff really friendly and down to earth, allowed us to look round without feeling pressured guided us to catalogs if needed as soon as we needed assistance a member of staff was with us straight away showed us advantages of the bed we had our eye on different slats we could have, the shades the bed came in and even gave us a demo of how strong the draws underneath the bed frame are after questioning if they was ok and explaining the draws we currently have had broke. Finding the right delivery date and payment were sorted fast and went through added insurance simple rather than saying too much to confuse what was covered etc and gave us a leaflet to take, and was happy to pay the one off payment to protect our bed with the help we received. Great experience from start to finish haven’t received our bed as of yet as we requested to receive on the 18th once moved into our new property but happy to recommend

Excellent customer service. We were offered tea / coffee on arrival - a very warm, friendly greeting. We felt no pressure to buy anythinh and the staff were excellent in offering their expert knowledge to help us find the best mattress for us.

We where dealt with promptly and the staff gave us a competent detail of the goods we were looking for and options available

It was the friendliness of the staff and particularly the staff knowledge about the mattresses and their advise, they where very helpful and importantly wanted to understand the problems we were experiencing with our old mattress in order to advise on a mattress to overcome the issues. We will definitely use Dreams again and recommend to friends.
