Dreams - Blackburn

The employees at dreams were extremely friendly and very helpful. At first we were offered a drink even though we had no intention of purchasing, we spent a long time there but did not feel as though we were there for so long. Buying a bed never was so easy. the staff explained the different options available and provided great assistance in helping us make the right choice. we were informed of delivery times and warranty options for each product.

We were warmly welcomed and acknowledged on entering the store and beverages were offered to us. The staff were helpful and friendly and we were impressed with the amount and range of products in the store. The staffs knowledge and product information was very useful in deciding on our choice of bed. We temporarily left the store as I wanted to physically see a bed I had viewed on Bensons website before I made my decision. We were completely ignored in Bensons and walked all around their store without being approached by a single member of staff. The contrast could not have been more marked and the bed I had seen on their website was inferior to the Dreams bed which we returned to purchase.

Excellent service and help but not pushy

Howard looked after us. He had a lot of knowledge and was extremely patient and did not rush us and told us to take our time and when we needed any help to Just ask which we did. Howard also made us a coffee which was appreciated.

We paid 3 consecutive visits to the store to make decisions over two beds for our children - Bethany was present on each visit, greeted us on the first day and then by name on the following visits, offering us a drink each time. she spent considerable time and effort explaining things to us and listening to what each of the children wanted. Very impressed with her level of service

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by a member of staff, they were very attentive, asked a variety of questions and offered me a drink. Even the manager took the time to come over to ensure everything was going well. I wasn't pushed or rushed into any choices, I felt very comfortable trying the beds and talking about the differences of what was available in my price range. Commendations to Jonathan, he was patient and was a great help
