Friendly helpful staff - i was even offered a coffee or drink upon my arrival, i wasn't hassled or anything either which made the experience more enjoyable...hence the purchase

When I entered the store the assistant was there right away i asked what I wanted and bang here you are sir last in the shop got a great discount on the bed took it there and then plenty of help to get it in the car got pillows a sheet and pillows cases all in great saveing on the lot thank you very much.

They helped me slide most of the bed into the car and the bit what was sticking out they covered it all with some sheeting which deserves 10/10 very helpful all the way. Well done.

The customer service was excellent and the sales adviser was very knowledgeable about the products that suited our needs. I price and sale was completed in a very professional manner.

Greeted warmly on arival, whilst placing the order I was offered a complimentary drink. Beth didn't mine that i kept trying the different matresses several times before finally making my mine up! Beth seemed to have great product knoledge and was happy to help even throwing in a complimentary pillow!!

Staff were friendly and very helpful, I was made to feel like a valued customer. This was my second purchase in 12 months and the staff remembered me.
