Howard at the Blackburn store was friendly and very helpful. His product knowledge was great, he was attentive to our little boy and offered us tea/coffee. It was lovely to not be pressurised for a sale yet there when we wanted the advice. Would definitely recommend the store and would like to personally thank Howard and the manager for their time and help.

There was a great selection of beds and matresses in many different styles. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with nothing being too much trouble

The staff were very helpful & friendly - a coffee was offered immediately as we walked in store, we were not pressured into purchasing. Definitely be back for the rest of our bedroom furniture.

We were greeted when we entered the store and whilst browsing were offered refreshments. We were offered assistance and the staff were happy to show us the features of the beds as well as give us extra information regarding the beds.
