Can't say if we liked our bed because it's not due to be delivered for two weeks but 'Dreams' had the largest selection because they were WELL prepared for lock- down and bought in a very good selection and enough stock The customer service advisor Enny from Blackburn went above and beyond his job.

I tried to place an online order but there was a 12 week delay for the item I wanted. I need a new bed for our guest room for Christmas (hoping we're out of lockdown and allowed guests by then!) I rang the store number and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (Inny) who explained which item was causing the delay & he suggested alternatives. He was very knowledgeable and patient, allowing me time to look at Dreams site and the different styles he suggested. I was very happy with his recommendations and he processed the order for me over the phone which was a simpler process.
