The staff were superb and there was an offer on the purchase we made so were happy with the quality of the beds for the price. The issue was that on the day I placed a deposit both beds were ready for delivery within 4-5 days. By the next day when I went back to sort the credit agreement the delivery had moved on by three weeks which I didn’t find out until I’d agreed the credit. I’ve now managed to get one bed delivered earlier but still have to wait for the other bed. Again nothing on the staff they were brilliant

Although the bed was discounted slightly, the sale prices are still inline to what they are in other stores.

Staff was great, understood really well what I was looking for, however they was a little pushy

WE have not yet received the item

I felt like I was rushed a little bit to complete my order and time was taken to go through things properly. I also visited with my mum and when she asked questions about the product , i felt like she was made to feel like she was asking too much.

Staff lovely but slow at using computer.

We were mostly highly satisfied, we had side pillows to try the beds which my husband thought should have been 'thrown in' given the price of the mattress.
