The representative Solly provided us with excellent customer service! He was very knowledgeable and professional thoroughout.

The girl who served us was amazing. She gave us great advice. She was genuine and not pushy.

The gentleman who we dealt with was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and he engaged with our young children who we were purchasing the bed for, and overall took the stress out of the process. Went into the Dreams outlet to look at options and probably not buy. Was approached by Inny, the store colleague, in a friendly, helpful and non pushy way. He was just great, making sure he understood what we were looking for and showed us multiple options and helped us narrow down to exactly what we were looking for. Inny was professional, knowledgeable and did not try the high pressure sell - consequence was that we did buy and enjoyed the experience. All down to the professionalism of Inny and good products. i am 89 and disabled? my daughter was buying me a bed? being as you close at 7.30 pm was ideal? when i walked through door and see all beds? i thought it would be impossible to pick one when a young lady took me to machine that worked out best bed for me "unbelievable?" it worked the young woman was brilliant and we ordered bed plus accsessories i wish to comment more on this thank you
