The whole experience was easy and pleasant the assistant was really helpful and she made me feel very comfortable and safe

The salesman was very polite and helpful.

The sales assistant Solly was extremely helpful without being pushy. His knowledge of the mattresses was brilliant and without his help I doubt we would have bought the bed and mattress as there is almost too much choice.

Suleman was extremely helpful in dealing with our requirements. His advice was clear and professional and was instrumental in our purchasing the specific products. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams and Suleman.

I first attended the Burnley store but then decided to go to the Blackburn one instead for more choice. On arrival I was greeted by a manger of staff named Solly. Solly was so nice, he showed us to the machine which advises you on what kind of mattress is best for you. He then showed us numerous mattresses and understood my needs and wants. As a sales assistant your main aim is to sell and a lot of staff push you into buying the more expensive things etc but I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into making any quick decisions here which I appreciated! The mattress I bought was on an amazing offer and I cannot wait for it to be delivered on Tuesday! Thank you for a lovely experience Solly, your customer service was outstanding.
