We was greeted my a lovely man called Sully in the Blackburn, Lancashire store. He was so lovely & helpful & had a fountain of knowledge. He let us have some space while we discussed the purchase between ourselves. He was such a friendly man which made us at ease & happily purchased a new mattress & bed. Lovely man & would reccommend to any friend or family. A pleasure to do business with him.
