From the minute we stepped into the shop to the time we completed our purchase, my husband and I have received a very warm welcome and a fantastic assistance leading to the choice of the selected products. We did not know what to expect when coming to the shop and needed guidance in buying good products for our new bedroom, but also fitting to our needs. The advice received made us feel so confident that we felt very well looked after, as well as the flexibility we requested in regard with the delivery arrangements. We would like to thank the person who assisted us very much, his name is Sule, and we will not hesitate to come back to this store again and refer our friends to this service.

Matt who dealt with us was great. He listened and fully understood our needs and explored every sleep options for both myself and wife. He took all the time required to answer our questions according to our individual needs. You had a good varied choice in store so we could experience all that the computer system suggested so we felt we came away with the most suitable mattress for our needs and a great first bed for our 6 year old who’s looking forward to his hiding hole as much as his new bed.

Sunny at the Blackburn store was very helpful and took us through the journey from start to finish. Very attentive but gave us time to assess on our own and not pushy.

Upon entering the store, we was greeted by a friendly staff member named Solly, he asked us what we were looking for and how firm we liked the mattress. He showed us the perfect mattress. He worked around our budget and was very very friendly. He made the visit a very pleasant experience. We chose 2 mattresses and the purchasing process was made very simple. Was offered drinks and also provided all the information about warranty & any key information we required. Overall a 10/10 service for Sully.

I came in adamant I needed a soft mattress but after taking the bed test I was matched with 8 medium to medium/firm mattresses to try, I knew after the first one it was perfect but the manager told me not to rush and to try the others to compare, he was great and after trying the pillows he’d given us to try we bought them straight away as well as the first mattress, very impressed with his knowledge and the fast delivery
