Inny couldn’t have helped me more with my order

The person who dealt with my order asked me to give a call for further assistance and guidance as I needed help with some of the items I was buying. He answered my call straight away and told me about the product which I was wanting to buy and everything I questioned he answered thoroughly. I was very surprised and happy to the customer service which I received. We have been buying from dreams over lots of years now and it’s our first stop shop to buy our beds from! Thank you so much!

Im so glad t have dealt with Dreams they are so approachable very the chat option its amazing and so easy to place the order. the delivery slot was offered even earlier than i expected but they let me book my own convenient slot. they have promised to deliver my bed and bring it over upstairs in my flat. looking forward to an amazing bed hopefully. s far very happy with their service, will rate the product as well as son as i get it.

The whole experience was actually a Dream from viewing the product to the price , a simple phone call to informed helpful staff who left me confident about my purchase 10/10 .. well done making things simple is an art . Even the confirmation delivery email was prompt.

The sale representative who I spoke to at the Bristol branch (Inny) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted with the products and provided friendly useful advice and support. His cheerful nature and friendly approach was welcoming and likeable. He understood my wants and provided advice to achieve the best bed for my needs. The system was easy to understand and payment was quick. Inny helped me when he became aware of my military background and provided additional support. Thank you.
