Welcomed into store by Inny and helped through the process of choosing a new mattress. He had excellent knowledge and explained the mattresses and pillows really well. Made what I thought would be a difficult job into a simple process.

As soon as me and my partner entered the store we were greeted by Solly and talked through the different types on mattresses. We were not pressure to get a higher prices item and was able to take as long as we needed to made up our minds.
