The guy we spoke to was excellent. He could have taken our money on the day but told us of a sale which started in 5 days and said he'll ring us on that day so we got a better deal. Very happy

The assistant Solly was extremely attentive, enquired about our needs and didn't try to force anything on us but waited for our decision after giving us all the appropriate options. He was attentive and friendly without being over-bearing. He used the sleep comfort system to ensure we were looking at the correct products for us.
