The sales assistant very knowledgeable about the products, he understood what we where after, he allowed us to try various mattresses with pillows to suit us, to establish what we thought was best for us, he was not pushy, but he was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to come back to dreams in the future when I require a bed or bedding related products, and I would recommend them to family and friends. There was care taken to keep customers and staff stay, hand gel was available to use, we where given mattress and pillow covers to use, which the sales assistant said gets washed after each use. I was very happy about my experience Keep up the good work.

Extremely friendly whilst keeping safe with the hygiene procedures. I am in the government vulnerable people and do not like shopping as I rarely feel safe. Despite this I felt safe at Dreams.
