There was care taken to keep customers and staff stay, hand gel was available to use, we where given mattress and pillow covers to use, which the sales assistant said gets washed after each use. The store layout allowed for the viewing of a good selection of different beds to help decide what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout, whether or not we made a purchase.
