On entering stores I usually like to be left alone to browse at my leisure. When going in to Dreams I was pleasantly welcomed by Inny, offered refreshments and informed he would be able to help if and when needed. After a few minutes we asked for some assistance and nothing we asked was too much trouble, his main focus was that we got what we needed and not just possibly what we wanted when we went in. We tried out the bed fitting system and Inny went out of his way to make sure our 8 year old daughter was also kept in the loop with her own go. At no point did we feel pressured to take a particular item and we came away feeling like we ended up with exactly what met our requirements, and not just the most expensive items or what we had been steered towards, his product knowledge was first class and made us feel like we were his only priority, Dreams should be more than happy to have Inny working for them!!
