We were met at the door by Matt who did everything he could to make us feel at ease. He was infinitely patient with my husband and I who are both over 80 and gave us bottled water as it was rather warm. His knowledge of the products was excellent and we felt that we have been given all the information we needed to make a wise choice.

As soon as we entered the store a helpful employee (Matt) came to our assistance an kindly gave us a bottle of water each. He then asked us what we were looking for and said the best way was to try out the mattress machine (can't quite remember the name). The mattress we were advised was perfect and exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We were really impressed with the whole experience.

As soon as we entered the store a helpful employee (Matt) came to our assistance an kindly gave us a bottle of water each. We were given a short explanation of the colour codes used on mattresses and left to browse. We were then guided to use the mattress selector by a very helpful and patient colleague, solly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy but we ended up with the tempur elite. We felt safe throughout the visit with sanitiser Station at entrance and offered wipes after using payment keypad. Sneeze guards in place at payment and ordering station. Solly even gave us bottled water as it was quite hot
