We were met at the door by Matt who did everything he could to make us feel at ease. He was infinitely patient with my husband and I who are both over 80 and gave us bottled water as it was rather warm. As soon as we entered the store a helpful employee (Matt) came to our assistance an kindly gave us a bottle of water each. He then asked us what we were looking for and said the best way was to try out the mattress machine (can't quite remember the name). The mattress we were advised was perfect and exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We were really impressed with the whole experience.
