Matt and Inny are second to none. Both took their time individually to go through in detail the benefits of each bed. I was so stuck at the beginning but they were able to quickly work out exactly what I needed. They really know the products like the back of their hand. Super impressive! They were incredibly knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with them both. I finished my chats with the feeling both joyful from their cheeriness and comforted that I was in good hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Blackburn Dreams for those looking for the right bed/mattress. They really provided a quality shopping experience. One point I would make is that delivery lead times are incredibly long so would of definitely appreciated a shorter waiting period but the team kindly said they would look out for any other available slots if they come up. Inny was amazing with knowledge and his back ground in physiotherapy really helped me because of my disability. He really taught us things about what we were doing wrong with pillow positioning and the mattresses we where looking at, would of only made me worse over time.
