Solly was absolutely fantastic with us, there was no pressure to buy, he took the time to look into our needs and find the product most suitable for us. We only went in looking for 2 kids mattresses and ended up buying one for us as well. Highly impressed with his customer service and hope to deal with again in the future when we visit. A fantastic asset to you.

Suleman (Solly) was great when I came to the Blackburn store. He suggested we initially try the Sleepmatch machine as I wasn't sure on the firmness of mattress i'd need, from here he showed me to a range of mattresses to try that were varied in price, informing me of the style of mattress and asking me what I thought of it. There was no rush for me to hop on and off the mattress or make a decision, he was really patient with me and eventually I chose a mattress and it is arriving tomorrow! I'd definitely recommend visiting the store and would recommend speaking with Solly at the Blackburn site. Thank you!

From entering the store we were treated with the greatest respect and our advisor Sully at the Blackburn branch was very professional. He put us onto a machine that assessed what mattress would be suitable for you and after completion he showed us all the mattresses available. He was very informative and any questions we had he answered for us. Very happy with our visit and with this colleague who assisted us
