Suleiman was really friendly and helped us choose the right sofa bed for us. He also gave us good advice on pillows and didn't just recommend the most expensive ones which he easily could've done. The ones we wanted weren't in stock on our first visit on Monday but he advised that if we came back on Wednesday they would be in stock again

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and an excellent salesman from Dreams point of view. However we later found the mattress £350 cheaper elsewhere and emailed yourselves regarding your “price match”. You took so long in coming back that it was too late to cancel the order when you refused to accept the price match. We were and are still not happy with your excuse for refusing to honour the price match and even more so now we have started using the mattress.
