Knowledgeable salesman dealt with us throughout our visit to the store, in a very pleasant , professional, way , we were invited to first try the machine to test which mattress would be the best to us, and we were given every opportunity to try all the beds most suitable for my husband and myself, he explained everything very clear, and we are both 75 and he went at our pace. He did not blind us with science, we are looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress.

we had bought a sofa bed 2 yrs ago ,so decided to go again to Deams i checked on line the night before our visit ,we had a lovely young man who was brilliant,i choose the bed i had seen on line, cant wait for the delivery next week , Thankyou mrs Jean Sears.
