Very helpful staff, left you to have look around and didn't pressure you into making a purchase, but their if you wanted to ask questions about the products and also knew all the information I wanted to know about the mattress

The customer service was fantastic, firstly went into another bed store and felt customer service was okay but as soon as we walked into the dreams store the customer service was brilliant. Solly our sales advisor explained firstly how the shop was adhering to social distancing rules, providing hand sanitizer, arrows on the floor and your own pillow protector for when you tried beds which was sprayed with a sanitising pillow mist which smelt amazing. We used the sleep technology to determine which beds would be good for us. We were showed all these and had time to test them and chat without being pushed into anything or rushed. We were offered a bottle of water too to help us relax and take time to think. We tried all different mattresses and got some fantastic advice from Solly and his colleague who was a qualified physiotherapist which came in really handy when picking a bed and Pillows as I have bsck problems. We decided which mattress we wanted and purchased it simply and quickly with delivery only 3 weeks away which is great compared to other shops taking up to 9 weeks.
