The salesmen was friendly, helpful, and understanding. His knowledge was good and he gave us space when needed it to think and look. He suggested the sleep match and we had a go. That was great

I have genuinely bought mattresses in the past that were not the best option for me or my partner. The 'assesment' we had was eye opening and I now know very firm does not mean hard! We were advised on the most suitable, give time and space to try then and appreciated this along with knowledge offered rather that a pressured sell

We were ably assisted by the knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff member called SOLLY. He approached moments after we entered the store asking if we needed help and once we did, he spent time listening to our needs and took us efficiently around the store to the most suitable products that would service our needs. He highlighted some of the products available on offer and we ended up spending almost 2K but feel we got very good value. We cannot praise Solly enough, he is a gentleman and a credit to your organisation. Bravo👏🏻

From the moment I entered the store I was welcomed by the manager, introduced to Nyla who would be assisting me and offered a hot drink. Nyla listened carefully to what I was looking for, guided me patiently through the sleep assessment and mattress choice process. At no time did I feel any pressure to make a quick decision or spend more money. I could not have asked for better service.
