Expert advice and assistance finding the right mattress

The assistance that the sales man (sorry forgot his name) was very helpful as I brought my mother in law to buy a bed who is deaf, he was very patient and understanding to her needs. He explained several options for her and she came away very satisfied with the service.

Very helpful staff. Answered all questions. Gave plenty of options. Allowed us to browse ourselves without feeling pressure. We visited the store on a few occasions while deciding on our purchase, and the staff (especially a single member of staff who we dealed with each visit) remembered us and the options we were looking at. Offered complimentary refreshments on each visit while we browsed and shopped for our purchase.

The service was great by all concerned as soon as we walked in very helpful but not pushy we didn’t even go to bensons on the same estate to compare as we where so impressed by the service given they thoroughly deserved a sale 👍😊
