The Employee who was working at the time I went to Dreams was exceptional. He understood what I wanted immediately, he answered all my questions and I found the perfect mattress for myself.

My salesperson was “Aminah” she was very helpful and put me at ease, I’m 69 and dubious of sales people bur didn’t feel this with Aminah. I was show everything that i needed and preferred without hesitation and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return to Dreams if i needed anything else without doubts.

Aqua was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. She gave us a few beds to choose from and, hopefully, when it is delivered we will be able to sleep well. Customer service was absolutely tremendous from the point I walked into the store and when I left. I was very impressed with the level of service from all staff and felt welcomed.
