Friendly staff on hand to help from start to finish. Including matress recommendations to suit us and a bed to match, even accommodating us when we wanted a different bed that required a certain type of matress.

Friendly greeting, assistant was offered immediately, there was also offer of hot or cold drink. The assistant was kind and patient explaining the product and answering all my questions. The assistant Aqsa was professional throughout my shopping and purchase experience. I am very happy with my purchase.
