Rob was really helpful - gave us plenty of time and space to make informed decisions but was still very much available to give advice and guide our purchase for what suited us the best. Genuinely felt as if he was there to help us not just to get a sale and that makes such a big difference.

Sales colleague was professional, polite and knowledgeable.

As my wife & I entered the store we were greeted by Aminah she asked us if we needed any assistance because we did she showed us quite a few beds that interested us & explained everything about them we were very impressed with her knowledge.

The customer service from Aqsa was brilliant and extremely helpful us find the best bed

I entered the store with my preferred mattress/bed in mind. Aqsa came to my assistance after a brief wander around. She took me to look at the choices I'd made. Afterwards she showed me to the sleepmatch machine and found which mattresses would suit me best. We went to each mattress and talked about how they felt in various sleeping positions, taking my comments onboard to find what worked best for me. Aqsa was extremely professional throughout.

Sales assistant was very friendly, offered us a drink on several occasions, had good knowledge of the products on sale, explained stage by stage regarding the bed testing equipment (apologies, cannot remember the name of the equipment) and remained calm and friendly during the payment stage when I realised my card had recently been stopped after it had been used for a suspicious transaction by someone else.

The lady on the phone helped me determine that what I needed was in store before I set off. The man in the store found a more than suitable alternative when the items i originally came to see weren’t right. The only slight issue I had was finding the place - it’s a big retail park and could have been better signposted.

Good customer service agsa was helpfull person and understanding nice and polite we been offered tea and coffee also we try scanning bed its lots in there

The sales lady was fantastic warm knowledgable and she made our shopping memorable. She made a big difference from our previous experience and as we were only browsing we ended up buying! Brilliant customer relations. 👌👍
