Great service, and great products. The sales man (who’s name escapes me) was very friendly, offered drinks and helped us make the best selection possible.

From start to finish excellent, the in store experience, prompt delivery as stated when completing the purchase, and the efforts of the delivery men in assembling the new bed and removal of the old were excellent. All in all a very pleasant experience, all except for paying!!!

Worker was very approachable and helpful, guided me through each product detail and asked multiple times if we would like any refreshments which was very kind and nice of the worker. It is something that shops normally don’t do

The overall experience, the online booking to speak with the one of the experts in the store, usage of the special equipment to assess our mattress needs and the received customer service, was excellent. Aminah, the Sleep Expert that assisted us, was very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. She was very patient with me and my husband trying the mattresses repeatedly and very informative throughout the entire process. Also, very satisfied with the ease of the purchase and the booking for delivery. The latter, was planned just a few days after we made the purchase, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Rob was attentive but not over baring- I know often the “sales” approach can be a bit full on. The team respected our browsing time but stepped in when required to support with the final purchase. Rob was efficient and got to the point but friendly too.

A very easy shopping experience. Use of technology to help zone in to the optimum selection of beds that best meet our needs was a great time saver. A great experience!
