Very easy to make a booking at the Brighton store. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Judy who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So pleased with the mattress and pillows we bought and the service level we received. Felt like we were given valid information to make the right purchasing decision for us.

Just was fantastic! She’s calm, knowledgeable and wanting the best for the customer. Such a positive experience to discuss things with a woman and not a pushy salesman. Judy gave us lots of time to discuss but also space to try things on our own in our own time. She was so kind and understanding about my two year old being with me. She gave her a book and included her. We felt so informed and everything we needed was provided and arranged. We didnt plan on buying that day but Judy provided us with all we needed including time so we were able to work everything out in one visit and purchase. Brilliant service! A breath of fresh air to talk to a salesperson like Judy. Very personal and a very positive experience. Thank you!

As soon as I arrived ar the store I was welcomed by the assistant who was keen to understand my purchasing needs, and spent about an hour with me. i was impressed with the computer matching device which suggested a range of firm mattresses for my profile. I was given plenty of time to try to a large range of beds before deciding on the one I wanted. Overall great service and am confident I have chosen a great product which will last a long tine.

A visit to a showroom to select a new mattress/bed was long overdue and the expeience that we had was most satisfying. Steve, the manager at the Portslade branch, quickly identified the type of bed we were looking for and was able to spend a great deal of time articulating the options. We were able to try out the bed and made a decision. At this stage we have two Tempur pillows and our medium resistence mattress will arrive next Tuesday. All good
