Colleague offered pillow to try while trying beds. Advised the string difference between overnight and regular use mattress.

The gentleman who 'looked after' me was particularly pleasant and helpful - a credit to the store.

The staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. I was shown all the suitable items and allowed to try them safely. Good selection and staff knowledgeable about the products.

The colleagues in store were very attentive, they knew their stuff but did not hassle. We visited other shops before dreams but ended up purchasing here due to the staff. They helped us pick out the best suited and best valued bed for us. It was the helpful staff that made the difference.

Judie was incredible, her knowledge of mattresses and pillows, her kindness, everything gave me a positive response to place an order with her. She wasn’t pushy but very welcoming and helped us understand the difference and variations in mattresses, without her help and knowledge we would have just browsed the store instead of purchasing. She offered us water, tea and coffee, I suggest anyone going to dreams of hove and brighton to pick Judie out and buy from her :) very happy with our incredibly positive experience !
