Rea was brilliant! Friendly welcome and the offer of a cuppa was lovely. He explained what the colour of the beds meant and gave us enough space to look around without hovering around us. When we were deciding between two beds his expert knowledge gave us the information we needed to make a choice. Then when placing the order he clearly explained all the payment choices! Very happy!

Yes the sales person (rae) was attentive and relaxed..not pushy like some salesort people used his personality ..old school...knew what he was talking about.

We were greeted when we arrived in store and we advised that we were browsing for the time being, we were offered tea or coffee and then left alone to view. The assistant was in way pushy and left it for us to call him.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are there when you need assistance but don't keep hassling you. Found I was able to take all the time I needed to make the right decision for me.

I was very impressed about how much knowledge our assistant had in all the different kinds of mattress he was very friendly and very helpful . This was our first store to visit and had made a purchase so did not have to go anywhere else
