We called in to the store quite late on a Sunday afternoon, not long before the shop was due to close. Despite this the salesmen were helpful yet didn't hurry us at all, or place any pressure on us to buy. They were on hand to answer any questions and direct us to the right products without being pushy.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The lady assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was on her own as her colleague had gone to lunch and suddenly the store became very busy but she managed admirably and we didn't feel she deprived us of attention etc. Just felt that she was rather vulnerable on her own with so many people in the store. Full marks to her for staying as calm and attentive as she did !

We really appreciated that we were offered advise when we walked in & left on our own to sample the products on offer. After we decided we were given excellent advise and service.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and told the name of the assistant who would be helping us. Judy in the Portslade store has very impressive product knowledge and showed us beds that would best suit my husband and I. She looked up the combination of mattress and base we were interested in and while we were finalising the details we were offered a hot drink and biscuits. Every was explained very clearly about the guarantee and after sales service.

The assistant Steve was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained everything clearly and gave me lots of good advice in selecting the right mattress. He even offered me a cup of tea!! Extremely impressed.

I haven't had my mattress yet, but the care taken to find one that would be suitable and the pleasant quality with which it was done give me high hopes that I will either have the mattress I need or be able to put that right easily.
