Upon entering the store I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who asked if she could help me which was brilliant as I wanted something specific and I was guided to the correct area where I could look

Cazz, the young woman who helped us, could not have been more pleasant , knowledgeable and willing to take time to make sure we found the items we needed. Could not be happier with the service she showed us or the purchases we made. It was nice to be offered a drink whilst we were spending time placing our orders.

We had a very good in-store experience. We were welcomed but did not feel any pressure at all to buy. We were offered a clean pillow to take round with us so that we could try out the mattresses in a covid-safe way. When we found a mattress that felt very comfortable but was above our price range, the sales assistant pointed out two others that were similar but cheaper so we found exactly what we wanted. The Sales assistant (Martin) was very friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. The purchasing process was straightforward and we only have to wait one week before our mattress arrives.

The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful and I was satisfied with the choice of stock.
