This is my second order of a bed and other items over the phone and both times I was served by Ray who is not only extremely friendly but highly knowledgeable and helpful

We were given time to browse,but was on hand the minute we needed assistant

Judy, was very helpful, friendly & very professional. She was very attentive, towards our needs, & had a fantastic range of knowledge. She was absolutely brilliant.

JUDY was very knowledgable about the product we purchased and very helpful about the comfort of the pillows we also purchased, she is very good at her job explaining anything we wanted to know.

We were very satisfied with Steve very friendly and knowledgeable.

Rae was super helpful and let us all the time required to decide on the best mattress.

For all the reasons given previously.

We were approached shortly after entering the store, greeted with a smile and after establishing our needs Judy started to show us the mattresses most appropriate to our needs. We were looking for a double mattress and with my husband & I being of different builds she was showing us items that would suit us both. She also provided pillows to meet our personal requirements which made the 'testing' process so much better. She was patient and happy to explain the various compositions of the mattresses. My husband is no great shopper and once he had found one he was happy with he just wanted to buy it, but I feel sure Judy would have been happy to show us more.
