Our shop assistant whose name was 'Guy' made it really easy to figure out what caters to our specific needs.

Very friendly and engaging staff member (Martin). Valued his suggestion to use the simulator to facilitate a range of mattress products to suit our needs. Very happy with the Covid precautions and regular cleaning. Offered bottles of water. Very clear with the sales and delivery process. Just very professional.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The analyser is a very good piece of equipment

I spoke to a lady on the phone the day before I went into the store and she was incredibly helpful about which type of mattress I needed and gave me really good advise. I then went I to the store the following day to try out the beds and the sales assistant was excellent again, Gave us just enough information and then left us in peace to try the beds. Super friendly and helpful . The whole experience was a pleasure. Looking forward to getting the bed now .
