Extremely knowledgable sales assistant, wide variety of mattresses to choose from and very fast delivery for a non-standard size.

The sales guy was attentive but not pushy. He gave us the time and space to choose the bed we wanted

The customer service representative that served us was extremely knowledgable and incredibly friendly. Their name was Chazz at the Portslade store. They walked us through all the options and explained the technilaties behind our choices and also made some recommendations to us. We felt that Chazz didn't pressure us at all into making any choices, but after explaining everyone to us very clearly we actually purchased a mattress and bed frame over our budget, because we were so satisifed that it was the right choice after our discussion with Chazz. Thank you Chazz!

The Sales Assistant Chazz knew and understood the products we were interested in. She was an excellent communicator and explained differences between products. An asset to Dreams. She was so good that we placed our order there and then - which we had not intended to when we had arrived. We did not feel pressured to buy at all- a great shopping trip!

We were greeted when we arrived. The sales assistant explained the mattresses he thought would best suit out needs. He answered all our questions and knew when to let us browse by ourselves. He gave us advice that suited out budget and even offered us an ex display so we could save more.

The salesman was helpful and helped me with my decision.
