Martin looked after us, did not push using buying something we did not want. Advised us to use the machine to see which mattress would be best for us, especially as my husband has mobility problems.

When we walked into the store, Guy walked over naturally, and without any sales talk (so refreshing). We explained what we wanted and Guy showed us a range of beds, and also explained the differences, and made it easy for us to make an informed choice, it was all so very easy and natural.

I was looking a a mattress which was less firm than my existing one. The assistance suggested I try their testing bed, which clalibrates how you sleeping then decides what sort of mattress you require. This made choosing my new mattress as it narrowed it down to 7 instead of 30 plus. The whole shopping experience lasted less than 1/2 hour from walking into the store then out again!!
